DBX is available under a dual license model.

🆓 Open Source License (MIT) — For Small Organizations

You can use DBX for free under the MIT License if:

Your organization has fewer than 100 members, AND
Your annual revenue is under $5,000,000 USD, AND
Your total funding is under $10,000,000 USD

💼 Commercial License — For Larger Organizations

A commercial license is required if any of the following apply:

Your organization has 100 or more members, OR
Your annual revenue is $5,000,000 USD or more, OR
Your total funding is $10,000,000 USD or more
